Part 4: Sunday

Launch. Get feedback. Grow.

Your goal today:

  • Make the product clearer

  • Publish your launch post

  • Prepare to accept users

  • Get first users

  • Start collecting feedback

  • Stay consistent with your content system

No new features today. Only launch blockers.

Step 1: Test your app again

✅ Use an incognito tab
✅ Go through the flow:

  • Visit app link

  • Sign up and sign in

  • Use the main feature

  • Log out & log back in

  • See your saved data

  • Try all the features

  • Try on mobile

Fix only what’s broken.
Do not add new features.

Step 2: Improve your copy

You’re not done until the words are clean.
Every button, heading, and message should:

  • Tell the user what will happen

  • Use everyday language

  • Avoid jargon

  • Be short and clear

Use action-first phrases:
“Add task” not “Submit”
“Start tracking” not “Continue”

If stuck, paste this into ChatGPT:

Rewrite this UI copy to be clear, helpful, and beginner-friendly: [Paste your current text or screenshots]

Use action-first phrases:
“Add task” not “Submit”
“Start tracking” not “Continue”

Step 3: Connect payments (if needed)

If your app needs Stripe or payments:

Use this prompt in Base44:

Add Stripe integration.
Let users sign up for a monthly subscription.
Protect premium features behind auth.

Do not launch without testing payments end to end.
If unsure, skip this for now. Launch free.

Step 4: Add a feedback form (10 min)

Use Google Forms, Tally, or Notion.

Ask 3 questions:

  1. What’s confusing?

  2. What’s missing?

  3. Who do you think this is for?

Paste the form link in your app:
✅ After signup
✅ After first success
✅ Or in the footer

Label it: “Give quick feedback”

Step 5: Launch your app (15 min)

Open ChatGPT. Paste this:

Write a short product launch post for a new web app.
Target user: [e.g. content creators]
Problem: [e.g. can’t keep track of content ideas]
App name: [Your app name]
CTA: Try it free - no login needed
Tone: Clear, simple, no hype

Share it everywhere:

  • A friend on WhatsApp

  • A tweet

  • Your Instagram story

  • Your group chat

  • A subreddit

  • Product Hunt

  • Indie Hackers

  • X / twitter

  • LinkedIn

  • WhatsApp

  • Discord group

  • Instagram story

  • Telegram group

  • Reddit subreddit

Everywhere you show up, update your bio:

Building [App Name]  [yourapp.com]

This connects your audience to your product.

Step 7: Let MarketingBlocks run (0 min)

You already set this up on Friday.

✅ Expert content is already posting
✅ People are seeing you in your niche
✅ They will click your profile
✅ Now they see your app too

Your content → trust → product

Step 8: Collect feedback (15 min)

Check DMs, replies, comments, form entries.

Use this table:

Feedback

What to do

Something's unclear

Update copy tomorrow

They ask for a feature

Add it to backlog

They love it

Ask them to share

Step 9: Log your learnings

Write down:

  • What you finished

  • What you skipped

  • What confused you

  • What people said

  • What you’ll improve next week

Use this format:

What worked
What didn’t
💡 What I’ll change next

This becomes your week 2 roadmap.
