So in our last edition, we talked about the importance of building an audience that you can monetize.

Today I want to hand you a set of overlooked niches that are primed for wealth (passive or aggressive) and that you can use AI to help you get a leg up on the minimal competition.

Now before we get into this list, let’s first talk about what our mindset should be.

Whenever we look to build an audience, we’ve got one job above all others and that’s to solve the problems the audience has. 

Sometimes these problems can be:

• Lack of information for a solution

• Lack of time to get a solution

• Lack of correct sequential processes to get the desired solution

This is one of the biggest questions for all aspiring and experienced entrepreneurs. 

In the last edition, I gave you insight into how you could look at potential magazines and even use sites like Reddit that are primed with so many audiences for profit…it’s crazy.

But here’s where you want to start any potential audience building project:

Find the niche and then look for the sub niche inside of it.  Unless you have a ton of resources, then you don’t want to go too broad.  You want to become a big fish in a small pond.
